I am 15 years old, currently being a moderator in multiple community servers.I'm patient and helpful with others, it doesn't matter if they're wrong or they don't talk to me properly. I always try to keep the chat clean and family friendly and I don't condone racism or Nazism in general as it violates the rights and opinions of other young players. I like to make fun and fair gameplay for all players, punish all cheaters who break the rules and don't play validly against others. During this time, I'm also thinking about bug exploits. I would not be that toxic or rude, because that just showing the unprofesionalism and not showing a great impression to others. I would be fair with every single player and I would not make excuses with maybe my friends or someone that maybe looks nice. Everyone should get the same punishment. I can spend around 14-28 hours a week on moderating a community. I could make sure, that the server is free from any cheaters or from inappropriate players.
